Keeping up to date with IT and using the latest technology in the classroom is a useful way to make lessons more interesting and to help students better their results. Technology can be extremely beneficial to education and can help teachers can improve on their teaching techniques to increase their effectiveness in the classroom.

There are different ways to keep your lessons fun and entertaining such as using applications and websites such as Khan Academy. This site can help teachers with quizzes to supplement their classroom material and students’ can have access to useful material to help improve their results.

There are not only websites that can help you but online tools as well. These”tech tools” will help in putting a great lesson together and will aid in designing amazing and memorable student projects. A great example of one of these tools is Capzles. Capzles can be used in endless ways in the classroom and there is bound to be an application to fits your needs. What does it do? Capzles makes it simple to gather media like photos, videos, documents, and even blog posts into one place, making it perfect for teaching, learning, or online projects.

There are many ways to assess whether one’s teaching abilities vs. one’s teaching potential. Firstly, discover what your needs in the classroom may be. Secondly, assess the resources available to you. Are using them to their fullest potential? And, lastly, if you’re not already then use them effectively and abundantly. In conclusion, keeping up to date with technology, through the use of tablets, for example, and incorporating IT into the classroom can enhance your teaching and improve the results of students.
